Our Journey
How It All Began
Welcome to Leva Clothing. I am Christine and my son is David. We are a family business operating in a beautiful village called Delph in Oldham near Manchester.
For 12 years we had sold handbags, scarves and jewellery setting up pop-up shops in hospitals around the country. I had always wanted to sell ladies clothes but could never really find the quality and unique designs I was looking for. By chance one day I was buying my scarves at the wholesalers and by chance (or fate) I met a lovely lady who had a beautiful boutique selling ladies clothes. We got chatting and she offered to take me to the wholesalers she bought her clothes from. We were definitely meant to meet that day and she helped me enormously. We grew to be great friends since then and I call her my Guardian Angel.
Our story really began in our 15ft shed in the Garden!! How we came to be in the shed is part of the next stage of our inspirational story which began six years ago.

Life-Changing Events
In the year before Covid, I experienced a personal health crisis, battling pancreatitis, sepsis, pneumonia, and a chest infection. It was a terrifying experience, but thankfully, I pulled through.
Then, Covid changed the world, and like many, we had to adapt. We pivoted to selling beautiful Italian and French one-size-fits-all clothing through online videos, working out of our little 15ft shed. What began as a small idea, trying to reach just 100 people, soon grew into something beyond our wildest dreams.
Building a Community
As we continued our live videos, we noticed something wonderful: our customers were forming friendships, supporting each other, and even finding newfound confidence through the vibrant colours in our clothing. Women began sharing stories about how wearing bright, beautiful clothes had lifted their spirits and eased their anxiety.
"Trying bright colours in their clothing, we could see women visibly changing in their appearance and confidence."
We are beyond proud of the incredible community we’ve built. Our customers are no longer just buyers—they’re family.
